Replacements
Replacement diploma certificates, membership certificates, badges and student ID cards are available through our replacement service.
Please do not purchase any replacement item until your request has been approved by the office. Items are only issued to individuals who are eligible to hold or display them, and placing an order does not confirm eligibility. Orders placed without prior approval may be refused.
Replacement Diploma Certificates
Replacement diplomas may be requested where an original certificate has been lost, damaged, or a name has changed, for example following marriage.
Our ability to verify older qualifications depends on the records available to us. Mandatory student registration was introduced in 2008, so records for students who studied before this date may not always be available. If you studied prior to 2008 and cannot provide proof of having studied at an IFA-approved school, we may be unable to verify your qualification.
All requests must be submitted using the Replacement Request Form.
Hard Copy Membership Certificates
All membership certificates are issued digitally as standard. If you require a hard-copy membership certificate, you can request one through the replacement service below.
You must be a current registered member to request a membership certificate.
Badges & Student ID Cards
Replacement badges and student ID cards are available to eligible individuals where the relevant item has previously been issued.
Payment for an item does not make you eligible to use or display it.
CPD Certificate Orders
If you are a registered IFA CPD Accredited Provider, you can order IFA CPD certificates for participants who have completed your IFA CPD accredited course.
Please ensure that, once payment has been made, you also provide the following information to the IFA:
- An Excel spreadsheet listing the full names of all participants requiring a certificate.
- The exact name of the CPD accredited course, which must match the course title held on our records.
- A high-resolution version of your company or training provider logo, which will be displayed on the CPD certificates.
Please ensure the participant names are checked carefully before submission, as certificates will be produced using the information provided.
Payment for certificates should be accompanied by the required participant information and logo. Certificates cannot be issued until all required information has been received and verified.
