Replacement diploma certificates may be requested if the original has been lost or damaged, or if your name has changed, for example following marriage.
Please keep your diploma certificate securely, as you may be asked to provide it as evidence of your qualification. We recommend framing and displaying your certificate at your place of practice.
Please do not complete checkout until you have received written confirmation from the IFA Administration Office that your replacement certificate can be issued.
