We confirm we are in good public standing, including disclosure of any relevant complaints, regulatory findings, or product recalls where applicable.

We do not make medicinal, therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative claims unless legally permitted. Our product labelling complies with applicable regulatory and industry standards (including IFRA, ISO, UK Cosmetics Regulations, and GMP where applicable). Our products include appropriate labelling information (INCI or recognised nomenclature, batch numbers, origin, extraction method, safety guidance, etc.). We do not use unregulated quality terms such as “therapeutic grade” as an indicator of product standard. We can provide supporting technical documentation where required (e.g. SDS, COA, GC-MS, etc.).
