Declaration

• I confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) may request additional information, documentation, or clarification as part of the assessment process.

• I understand that Corporate Membership may be refused where the IFA reasonably considers that an applicant's activities, products, business practices, associations, partnerships, public positioning, or reputation are incompatible with the values, ethics, standards, objectives, or public reputation of the IFA.

• I understand that submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the IFA Corporate Membership Scheme. The IFA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any application for Corporate Membership and is not obliged to provide reasons for its decision.

• I confirm that, if accepted, the company will continue to meet the IFA Corporate Membership criteria throughout the duration of its membership and will notify the IFA promptly of any material changes that may affect its eligibility or membership status.
