The IFA is committed to equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion. The purpose of this survey is to gain greater insight into how equal opportunities and diversity is incorporated into aromatherapists practices. We use this information to inform our guidance issued to registrants. By completing this questionnaire, we also hope to raise awareness to limit unconscious bias.
