Reaching out to all complementary health companies to take advantage of a fantastic marketing opportunity to introduce their brand and products to our audience by sponsoring our conference goody bag. Aimed at health and wellbeing providers we welcome either balms, body lotions, candles, carrier oils, essential oils, health foods, hydrosols, inhalers, perfumes, protein capsules, or soaps for inclusion, for more ideas please contact us.  

Goody bags are given to each attendee, including the press, providing samples from various brands to try. Many of our attendees are self-employed and own their own clinics, salons and spas, so have total control over purchasing decisions for their business and are also in a central position to make recommendations to colleagues and their clients. Many of the companies who have contributed to previous events have found this a most effective way of reaching out to their niche market, with many of our members remaining loyal to such brands.

All sponsors will be named on the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) website, social media with a large national and international reach (for example facebook 18,000+ followers), included in our newsletters and conference pack. 200 products will be required in total, which may comprise of different variations of the same product i.e. a lavender and tea tree essential oil etc. Each product can be accompanied by a single page promotional leaflet.

What do I do next?

• Please send one sample of the product you will be contributing and leaflet to the IFA Head Office 146 South Ealing Road, Ealing, London, W5 4QJ for approval.
• Provide 75 words about your company for promotion
• Provide contact details
• Provide a high resolution logo​​​​​​
